Hi
I was just wanting to say a big thankyou for you support and the fundraising you guys have done for me and my family.
I have received nearly $20,000 NZ overall and that has well and truly paid for my airfare home as well as helping out financially while I am off work.
I understand that you guys have organised a raffle as well.
I was wanting to let you know that I would like the money raised to go to the family of the stock car driver who died in Palmerston. I am sure they will be needing it more than me.
As for me I finally got to come home last week after 7 weeks in hospital. I am on crutches which is good considering they told me I would be in a wheel chair for 3 months.
I still have a long way to go but I am definately on the road to recovery.
Thanks again
Mick Ing
